Don’t be hesitant. Just do it. It’s only 3 weeks of dedication and you’re ready to become a licensed real estate agent, given you pass the state exam. Your instructor, Marlene, is a tough cookie but it’s because she genuinely cares about this stuff. She wants to ensure you know all you need to know and are fully aware of all legality’s that tie into this profession. You’re in safe hands here.
