Refunds for In-Person Courses

  • A 100% refund, minus a $100 administrative fee, is available if requested at least 5 calendar days before the class start date.
  • Refund requests must be emailed to: info@leveluprealestateacademy.com

No Refunds Are Issued:                                                           

  • Within 5 days of the class start date
  • On or after the first day of class
  • For missed classes
  • If the student does not complete the course

Transfers

  • Students may request a one-time transfer to a future class if requested at least 5 calendar days before the class start date.

Pass Guarantee – Success Assurance Policy

Level-Up Real Estate Academy guarantees that our in-person courses are updated, accurate, and designed to prepare students to pass the Tennessee state exam.

If a student does not pass the required state licensing exam:

  • They may retake our in-person course at no additional charge within a one-year period from their original course completion date.
  • Students must use their current course books during the retake.
  • If new or updated course books are required, an additional $100.00 materials fee will apply.
  • The retake must occur during a regularly scheduled class offering.
  • Attendance and participation rules apply the same as for first-time students.

Special or custom retake sessions will not be created.

This guarantee applies only to classes taught directly by Level-Up Real Estate Academy.

 Online Courses (Third-Party)

Online real estate courses are not administered by Level-Up Real Estate Academy and are provided entirely through Aceable Agent, a third-party vendor.
All online course policies, refunds, and support requests must be handled directly through Aceable Agent.
