Welcome to Level-Up Real Estate Academy. By enrolling in our in-person courses or participating in any class, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  1. Course Requirements

Level-Up Real Estate Academy provides the state-required 60-Hour Tennessee Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course and the 30-Hour Tennessee New Affiliate Course.
Students are responsible for completing all required hours, classroom attendance, and coursework to receive a certificate of completion.

  1. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

  • Provide accurate enrollment information
  • Attend all scheduled class sessions
  • Participate professionally and respectfully
  • Follow all school guidelines

Students are expected to maintain professional behavior at all times. Disruptive or unethical conduct may result in dismissal from the course without refund.

  1. Certificates of Completion

Certificates are issued only when:

  • All required in-person hours are completed
  • All coursework is finished
  • All course exams are passed with a score of 70% or higher
  • Tuition is paid in full

4. Payment Methods Accepted                                                   

Level-Up Real Estate Academy accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Credit cards
  • Debit cards
  • Personal checks
  • Company checks
  • Money orders
  • Certified funds

Any returned check will result in applicable administrative and bank fees.

Tuition paid with online payments is processed securely through Stripe or another PCI-compliant provider.  All payments must be completed prior to the start of class. Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is received.

Tuition for all in-person courses must be paid in full no later than 24 hours before the scheduled class start date. Students who have not completed full payment by this deadline will be removed from the roster and may lose their seat in the class.

  1. Refund Policy (See refund policy)

All in-person class refunds follow our official Refund Policy. By enrolling in a course, you agree to the terms of that policy.

  1. Course Changes

We reserve the right to adjust class schedules, instructors, or curriculum as needed. Notice will be provided when possible. 

  1. Limitation of Liability

Level-Up Real Estate Academy is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen personal property
  • Missed class sessions
  • Student failure to pass the state licensing exam (See refund Policy)
  • Employment outcomes after licensing
  • Inability to complete the course due to student scheduling conflicts

Participation in the course is at the student’s own risk.

  1. Online Courses (Third-Party)

Online real estate courses are not administered by Level-Up Real Estate Academy and are provided entirely through Aceable Agent, a third-party vendor.
All online course policies, refunds, and support requests must be handled directly through Aceable Agent.

9. Privacy Policy (see Attached for more information)

Level-Up Real Estate Academy School collects only the personal information necessary for enrollment, attendance tracking, and communication regarding course requirements. Student information is kept confidential and is not sold or shared with third parties except as required by law or state licensing authorities.

  1. Parking for School

Parking for Level-Up Real Estate Academy is available in The Lofts on Main parking lot or in designated city street parking areas near the school.

All parking is at your own risk, and the Academy is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss involving vehicles or personal property.
